The quickest and easiest way to order your repeat medication is through the NHS App.
The NHS App allows you to request your regular medication, track the progress of your prescription and choose your nominated pharmacy.
You can order your repeat prescription by:
Please only order medication that you need.
Please allow up to 3 working days for the practice to process routine repeat prescription requests.
If your request is urgent, we aim to process it within 24 hours, where clinically appropriate.
If you require your medication the same day or your request is extremely urgent, please contact the surgery directly so that we can assess your request.
Please note that your nominated pharmacy may require additional time to prepare your medication for collection.
To avoid running out of medication, we recommend requesting your prescription at least one week before you need it.
Some medications require regular reviews to ensure they remain safe and appropriate.
If your medication review is overdue, we may ask you to arrange an appointment before issuing further prescriptions.

Having had a negative telephone experience with reception at Lonsdale Road I arrived for a vaccinations appointment next morning feeling tense and anxious. This time the person on reception was helpful and supportive. Shortly after I was seen by Sadia, one of the Practice nurses. She couldn't have been more helpful. I was, able to get the vaccinations I needed for a forthcoming trip straight away. She was professional, knowledgeable and friendly and I left feeling greatly relieved and reassured.Posted on Google SARAH SterigTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. She did the travel vaccinations for me and my family and was very kind and helpful throughout. She explained everything clearly and gave the injections very gently. We really appreciated her care!Posted on Google B STrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The staff at Lonsdale are always busy but still take time to listen and help. Hanna, the phlebotomist, is excellent—professional, gentle, and always puts you at ease. I’ve only had positive experiences here and feel lucky to be registered with this surgery.
