How to book an appointment

Complete an Online Book Medical Request at any time.

Your request will be reviewed by our clinical team, usually on the same working day.

A face-to-face appointment

If you’re unable to complete an online request, you can telephone the practice and our reception team will be happy to help.

Our trained reception and care navigation team may ask a few questions about your symptoms. This helps ensure you’re directed to the healthcare professional best placed to help you.

In person

You are welcome to visit reception during opening hours if you need help booking an appointment.

Pharmacy First

Your local pharmacy can now assess and treat many common conditions without you needing to see a GP.

Pharmacists can provide expert advice and, where appropriate, NHS treatment for a range of common illnesses.

Urgent appointments

If your problem is urgent but not life-threatening, please contact the practice as early as possible.

Every urgent request is clinically assessed and prioritised according to medical need.

Emergencies

  • Call 999 immediately.
  • Attend your nearest Accident & Emergency department.
  • If the practice is closed, contact NHS 111 for urgent medical advice.

Cancelling your appointment

If you no longer need your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. This allows us to offer the appointment to another patient.

Yes. If you would prefer to see a particular GP, please let us know when submitting your request. We’ll do our best to accommodate your preference, although this may not always be possible.
Yes. A parent, carer or someone acting on your behalf can contact us where appropriate.
